Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Licensed Professional to drive sales, educate clients on coverage options, and build long-term relationships. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to assess clients' needs, recommend suitable policies, and help them achieve financial peace of mind.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to assess their life insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
• Educate clients on policy benefits, terms, and coverage options
• Generate leads, build a referral network, and maintain strong client relationships
• Process applications and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Qualifications:

• Active life insurance license in the state of Florida
• Proven experience in life insurance sales or financial services
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Goal-driven with excellent negotiation and closing abilities

Compensation:

Commission base with the potential for a small fixed earning for the first three months, based on discretion, experience, and skills.
